The basis of this project planning is the customer order. Projects can be scheduled based on process interface planning and can be adjusted to the current scheduling situation through active feedback.
The ABS® project plan generates budgets for project steps. With the logging of all actual costs a real-time actual target comparison is possible at any project stage. The ABS® user recognizes immediately if a project seems to be derailing regarding scheduling or costs.
Project plans can be graphically illustrated, and the data of the process interface planning can be integrated into common project management systems.
